I'm not sure why more companies are leaning towards this, but it is becoming more common and employers love it.The main thing that most companies want to see when they are reviewing a resume is proof of skills. Often times the employee may not have skills that are specific to their job and the employer wants to know these as soon as possible. This is where the order of experience is important.What is the order of experience on a resume? Well, it is actually pretty simple and you will notice a pattern of events that follow this pattern. The resume will start out with your most recent years of experience.
